We were completely satisfied with your professionalism, prompt attention to our matter, and report!  100% satisfied!  Thank you again. We would highly recommend you to others!

5 Stars! We recently had an RV inspected by Tim and Debbie. We ended up purchasing the coach only after the thorough inspection we received. Tim was very patient with us as newbie RV owners. We would highly recommended them if you are purchasing a new or used coach.

I’d highly recommend Tim for any RV inspection you may have. He was able to do my pre-buy inspection within a couple days of contacting him. He was really thorough and took time to explain things and answer any questions I had. If I ever purchase another RV, I will be a repeat customer and definitely have him do my inspection!

Motorhome Inspection

We inspect Class A (big rigs), Class B, Class C and Super C RVs. Receive a comprehensive 165 point inspection complete with up to 75 pictures (more if necessary). Our inspections start on the roof and work all the way around the coach including the interior and visual inspection of the underbelly. Inspections include testing for 'life safety issues' such as propane leaks, outdated carbon monoxide and LP detectors, smoke detectors, and tire age and pressure. All appliances are checked for functionality. We also check for proper function of all slides, leveling systems, awnings, roof condition, seals, gaskets and so on. See our complete check list here.

Fifth wheel or travel trailer inspections

T and D RV Inspections incorporates the same time and attention to detail in our inspections of towable RVs. A typical inspection may last from 4 to 6 hours. We want the RV to be connected to proper power, water, and sewer so that all components may be tested properly. You will receive the same 'top to bottom' inspection we provide for motorhomes, complete with a detailed report and up to 75 pictures. For our complete list of inspection points, please click here.

Coolant and Lubricant Analysis

RVs depend on engines and cooling systems to function properly. Whether you drive a diesel pusher (DP) or gas powered motorhome, or pull a travel trailer or fifth wheel, you are putting extra demands on your engine and transmission. Many RVs have fuel powered generators on board as well.

Properly conducted engine oil, transmission fluid, and radiator coolant analysis may:

We highly recommend adding fluid analysis to your RV inspection!
